Clear bright yellow with plenty of foam in the Troubadour tulip. More acidic than typical non-hazies with a shy complement of malt. Big, brawling fistfuls of hops from every star in the galaxy. Aromatic with citrus peel. Tastes of unripe plums, grapefruit pith, and burnt grilled mango. Bitter and fruity, sharp and astringent, plus that long fruity rasp of aftertaste.
Hops are listed as Citra, Waimea, Galaxy, and Vic Secret. Overall this is more of a hoppy monster than anything chill. While it's bold and lively it runs a trail down your tongue with boots on. But as always with Matchless, worth trying. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 8/23/2021.
