Here's another hoppy brew off the Matchless conveyor belt. Fortunately it's a better than average hazy IPA, though interestingly funky. Fruity flavors with peach, plum, and green melon. Aromatic with fermenting pineapple and citrus.
Rather sweet, even a candy-like note. I"m thinking of lime marmalade, both sweet and tart with a mild bitterness. Somehow the acidity doesn't overwhelm this one. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country (formerly called Central Market). Dated is on the bottom corner of the label, canned 8/16/2021.
