L: On point for the style. Slightly hazy light golden body. Some white foam.
S: Lightly toasted malt, grassy hops
T: Follows the nose. Flavorful malt, grassy hops. Light bitterness.
F: Light, crisp, dry finish
O: I’ve been loving Kolschs lately with how damn hot it’s been. This is a good one.

Clear bright yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Tripel Karmeliet goblet. Plush and sizzly in the mouth. Aroma of grain, flowers, and straw. The hop is Hersbrucker.robust flavors of malt, corn, and a hint of green herbs. Moderate bitter aftertaste. Seems to have a lot in common with the Saison taste. Quite drinkable with robust flavors. From the 16 oz can packaged on 6/19/2023.

Less bitter than typical Kolsch, with more body than a lager; great transitional beer for those looking to get out of major grocery store lagers and into more complex brews; very refreshing
