This is our take on a simple clean sour wheat ale with apricots. Several years in the making, this beer was fermented with a mixed culture blend and then conditioned on fresh harvested Washington grown apricots. Apricot and peach notes meld with a candy sweetness and touch of perry. Great for sunshine summer-time sipper!

Tasty, lovely mix of complex sour with the slightly full sweetness of apricots. Minimal carb in the glass, and a little too slick on the tongue.
