They call this a "Modern IPA." Slightly hazy yellowish color with streaming bubbles and sticky foam in the big Stout glass. Aroma of sugar cookies with green melon in the nose. Clean taste of peach, apricot nectar, and honeydew. Some malty taste and a touch of sweetness on the lips. After some sipping there is a little astringency and a sharp note, but again it's balanced by the malt. But the fruit lasts to the end. Overall this is highly drinkable, full of flavor, and another excellent Matchless beer. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 10/23/2023.
