Paradise in hop form? Yes, please! We brewed Hoptopia with a peaceful and approachable melange of Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado, Topaz & Wakatu hops. Melding Yakima and New Zealand hop traditions for notes of fruit punch, white grape juice, strawberries and honeydew melon. This hazy IPA is hoppy aromatherapy for the wonderful person inside of you. Find your HopTopia and feel good!

Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. Canned 3/11/24.
Appearance: medium golden hue with plenty of haze and a thick cap of frothy ivory foam which leaves some nice lace on the glass.
Smell: sweet, kind of crackery malt base, with a good dose of tropical hops. Passionfruit, orange, and maybe something sweet like starfruit; it's juicy! I really like it.
Taste: moderately sweet malt with good tropical flavor like the aroma, although it's not quite as bright and juicy as the smell. I like it, but maybe not quite the fruit bomb of the aroma.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: totally solid hazy IPA, and I love the marketing (only '90s kids will remember ...) Good stuff!
