Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 11/3/25.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with plenty of haze anda. finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with both tropical and citrus notes, but the aroma really comes across as being quite floral. Hints of peach, passionfruit, and pineapple. Really quite good.
Taste: flavor is much more stone-fruit-ey than the aroma, but some of that tropical passionfruit character remains as well. Though it’s maybe a little light, it definitely has a nice, hazy-like flavor.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a really solid hazy pale ale. Not quite as rich as a hazy IPA, but still a lovely quaff and super drinkable.

I was impressed with this can; 16oz pours out fluffy and hazy gold with a hefty cap of tight-bubbled head. Pretty strong nose of citrus, orange, and tropical fruit puree for a pale ale, just a bit subdued on flavors and bitterness, which is OK by me - this is a pale ale after all, not a full-fledged New England IPA.

To be precise, this would be a New England Pale Ale, it there were such a category. Hazy amber with a tall, sticky pile of foam in the Belle-Vue Gueuze glass. Even after you drink the last sip, a stranded iceberg of foam is sitting on the bottom of the glass. Aroma is orange plus the smell of a concrete basement. Quite sharply carbonated on the tongue with a thick mouthfeel.
Taste is diluted orange juice on the acidic side with some sweetness, just like tart oranges. Too juicy for words. Not what I hope for in a beer. It's like a NEIPA with a little less harshness. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country Market in Shoreline. Dated 10/16/2023.
