We searched long and hard, and behold, we have found The Clarity! Citrus heavy with a touch of piney bitterness and subtle sweet fruit blasting out from a heavy load of Citra, Mosaic and Strata.

Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Inviting aroma of lime, melon, and peach. Lovely fruit flavors of apricot, cereal, berries, and a touch of lemon. Slight astringency in the aftertaste and just a touch of bitterness. All so clean and fragrant. No wonder so many excellent beers are brewed with Citra and Mosaic. This is also made with Pilsner Malt, Malted Wheat, and Rice Syrup, whatever that is. This is another of my short list of favorite IPAs this year, and redeeming my esteem for Matchless. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 4/8/2024.
