Picture this: it's mid summer and we are hanging in the berry fields. Out of nowhere this oversized cherry in sunglasses and a trench coat comes up to us and asks if we want to know where the good stuff is. And of course we say, ‘yes’, resulting in this: a tart wheat ale made with locally-sourced lactose culture, Washington-grown Montmorency cherries, and just the right amount of aging.
All of this culminates into aromas of funky cherry sweet-tarts and finishes with a tart and crisp lingering cherry flavor. Come on, try one. You’ll like it!
