Our annual release of Thurston County Stout is a tribute to the original Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial stout. We hand-selected several vintages of stout from our blending library yielding our most smooth and complex stout of the year. Our 2025 release is a culmination of 4 different stouts including Imperial Rye Stout aged in rye whiskey barrels, Russian Imperial stout aged in Westward Whiskey barrels with neutral-aged Russian Imp. & Imperial Chocolate stouts. Bold aromas of cocoa and dried fruit waft out of the glass. While not straight from Bourbon County, we still get thirsty here in Thurston County too!
