This sour blonde ale came from our 60 hectoliter oak tank (foudre) where it aged on our resident sour cultures adding tart and ripe stone fruit flavors. To this we added Enigma hops and conditioned this beer imparting tart and funky flavors with pineapple gummy bear notes rounded out by soft oak character.
