Poured from 16oz can into a tulip. Canned 12/15/25.
Appearance: medium golden hue with plenty of murky haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: a bit sweet with an aroma of candied grapefruit rind, a little mango, and maybe even a little pineapple. It's nice, but there's also a kind of a mustiness to the hops which isn't my favorite.
Taste: much brighter and fresher than the aroma, there's plenty of bright grapefruit, rich mango, and earthy guava, along with a little bit of an herbal character. But the sweetness to the malt gives a rich juiciness to the whole shebang. It's excellent.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a very tasty hazy IPA indeed. Maybe not all the pieces are quite there, but overall a really solid beer.
