I think this was a pick up from an Arizona flight. Usually she got me Wren House, but I think this was the exception.
Pours mostly yellow with just the slightest light amber impingement into it. 1/3" white head. Lacks clarity, isn't hazy, I'd call it cloudy I guess. Often marketed as unfiltered. Smells of almost exclusively citrus fruit: tangerine, lemon, lime oranges and funky grapefruit. Not massively pungent, but enough to differentiate the citrus.
The taste brings a slight bitter woodiness alongside the plethora of citrus going on. Like you get some of the bark, leaves feel in an orange grove. The claims of a tropical aspect seem to be belied by the record here. Carbonation decent. Levity good. Its pretty middle of the road when it comes to ipas in just about every requisite category you can think of. Sometimes when you wig out you find out, hope it works out for you.

16oz can. No dating information found. Label has this brewed and canned in Mesa AZ.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Two fingers of white head upon pouring which settles back to an island and complex, high ring. Leaves behind vertical strings of lacing.
Aroma of lemon and herbs.
Taste is lemon citrus, blueberry, and basil.
Medium mouthfeel. A little bit tart. Coats the mouth. Very good carbonation.
Semi-sweet IPA with the touch of New Zealand hops.
