Finally got a chance to check this place out, unfortunately during their final week of operation. The actual space is tucked down an alley behind some other businesses, with a few signs and a pop up shade canopy/beer garden shade structure to guide your way. As you enter you're greeted by a somewhat small seating area on one side directly opposite their fermentation tanks, with a small bar at the end of the passage way. Definitely giving OG vibes before taprooms became trendy restaurants fairly removed from the actual brewing process. For a Saturday afternoon there was a steady stream of patrons, but it never felt crowded. The staff were all super friendly, making sure you were well taken care of, and swapping stories with regulars and first timers alike. The tap list had some good variety, offering a Pils, a Hef, a Brett beer, and a seltzer to go along with a couple IPAs and plenty of big stouts as, as you would expect from Chuck Silva. Everything we tried was tasty, definitely snapped up some stuff to take home. I'm bummed that it took me so long to drop in for a pint and now that I finally did they're closing up shop. Cheers to the legend himself.

Head around the back by the lot. Blink and you miss it. Chuck and the Mrs. are usually holding court here, in addition to a few more bearded fellows. This is a tight little space, don't turn too fast or you may high five the bright tank.
Beer is what you'd expect from Chuck: Well executed, a little boring (in a good way) and what he wants to make, not what the latest hype style is. No frills, good beer, good people.
