Pours pale honey with a light haze and a fat finger of creamy white head that drops to a film, speckly lacing. The aroma has bright lemon grass and white bread malt to it. The flavor is muted as is the aroma once it warms up a bit. Crusty malt, kind of tea like. Thin body, low carbonation, lemon tea finish. Okay, but muted and all downhill from the first sip. I finished it, but it was not enjoyable. I am glad to have had it though because it gave me experience as to what beers like this turn into once they become "stale". Neither an out and out drainpour nor particularly enjoyable. I didn't finish it. In public.... A learning experience, but unfortunately an expensive one.

Solid brew on cask while visiting London. Yellow pour, sweet malts on the nose and the taste buds. Pleasantly sweet with very light English hop presence. Pretty good.
