Pint on cask at Mitre Pub in Cambridge. Pours just off black with a thin head that sticks around. Nose is mild; light earthy hops and very light malt without much roasted character. Flavor is very light for a stout, but has nice soft rounded fruity malts and very light (for a stout) roasted flavors. Mouthfeel...cask. Overall, this is nice on cask, but I expect would be lousy in a bottle format due to the lighter flavor profile.
