Traditional Norwegian Farmhouse Ale - Cedar Forest

This beer honors traditional ingredients - Eastern Red Cedar branches infuse wonderfully aromatic fragrance, anti microbial essential oils, and a smooth structure to define the edges. Local Pilsner malt and Alder Wood smoked malt provide depth, dimension, and soul. Kveik yeast strain Stalljen was brought from Norway and rehydrated before the brew day and provides clean balance and a subtle fruitiness.
