Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Wee Heavy

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This eye opener
of a brew pours a dark muddled brown with a decent head of
off white foam that subsides to a thick ring, thin light film, and
show some light lacing. Nose of rich apple brandy / apple cider
with rich brown sugars, and astringent booze. Flavors hit the
mark with brown sugars, oak, apple brandy, light floral notes,
peat hints, rich caramel / butterscotch. Nice mouth feel;
medium body, smooth, light carbonation, and finishing
moderately dry and sweet. A literal caramel apple
wee heavy.

Excellent! This brewery deserves more attention!
