From the 375 ml bottle in a snifter. This monster quad pours a dark
blackish brown with a quickly dissipating head of off white foam that
sizzles to a thin ring. Nose of bourbon, brown sugar, dark cherries,
oak, and molasses with spicy rye notes. Flavors nail it! Dark molasses,
spicy rye, whiskey, Belgian candy sugars, brown sugars, dark sweet
cherries, oak, and warming booze. Nice mouth feel; medium body,
smooth, warming, faint carbonation, and a sweet yet medium dry
to very dry finish.
Overall---more excellence from the little brewery that could!
One of the best little breweries in the Cincy area and in the top
5 in Ohio IMHO. Everything has great balance and just nails
it.
Keep up the good work.....CHANGE NOTHING!
Cheers
