From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This excellent brew pours a
luminous golden with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin
dusty layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of Belgian candy sugar, bubblegum,
yeasty fresh bread, coriander, white pepper, and faint clove. Flavors follow the
nose with aplomb with notes of candy sugar, bubblegum, more prominent
clove, coriander, yeasty fresh rolls, cracker, and white pepper. Mouth feel is
medium, medium light leaning towards light carbonation that is nicely effervescent,
and a lightly dry finish.
Overall, a SOLID tripel done right in Loveland.
This brewery deserves a LOT more attention!
Cheers to the brewer and his staff! Check them out!
