Form the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This solid little white stout
pours a nice cl;ear golden with a moderate head of white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of coffee, cocoa,
caramel, and subtle cream. Flavors hit the mark with cacao awash in coffee, nice
caramel, and am interesting roasted note underneath the cream. Mouth feel is
medium, smooth, light carbonation, and roasted coffee and cocoa laced finish
that is well balanced.
Overall, a SOLID offering from one of the best little breweries in the Cincy area.
Cheers
