From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter via our friend Jamie! Cheers!
This solid blended brew pours a murky blackish brown with a modest head
of khaki foam that settles to a razor thin ring with some nice legs. Nose of
rich bourbon, oak, vanilla, dark roast, dark chocolate, faint coffee,
and brown sugars dashed with dark fruits. Flavors follow the nose with
bourbon, vanilla, oak, leather, brown sugars, coffee, and dark berry notes
of black and blueberry. Mouth feel is medium full, smooth as silk, rich, lightly
coating, warming, and finishing medium dry with astringent booze and
bitter malt notes.
Overall, a SOLID brew from one of if not the best little brewery in Cincinnati!
Cheers
