On nitro tap at Iron Tug Brewing in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a moderately dark brown, with the typical cascading effect. It's definitely not a pale color, but it's not stoutly colored.
This smells like coffee, caramel, and vanilla- smells pretty nice.
Due to the nitro delivery, the flavor of this one falls a tiny bit flat, but there are some nice little twists and turns here. There's a great coffee flavor, with some brown sugar and sugar cookie flavors, along with some chocolate and caramel. It really does taste pretty stout-like, despite the fact it's not a "stout."
This is pretty creamy, with a classically puffed up but slightly thin nitro moutheel.
This was a very interesting beer, not perfect, but very tasty nonetheless.
