On tap at Iron Tug Brewing in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a hazy bright and sunny orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This definitely smells like a happy and healthy use of Citra hops here- fresh, fruity, hoppy goodness. Y'all know what Citra hops smell like, I won't get back into it again.
There's a nice earthy bitterness on the back end here- I don't know if that's because they used whole leaf hops? But it does nicely balance the creamy tangerine/mango/melon the hops give off here. There's definitely no malt character here.
This is light bodied, soft and creamy- with a surprisingly full flavor the lower ABV here. It's not quite in the session realm, but it's pretty close.
I'm really digging what Iron Tug has been doing so far.
