On tap at Superfly DMC in Penfield, NY.
This one pours a very murky and hazy dark purple color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like jammy blueberry, vanilla, granola, breadiness, and lactose.
This is well done, as this sort of hyper-dessert sour thing goes. The blueberry is authentic, creamy, and mostly sweet, with just a hint of tartness on the back end. There's definite creamy and sweet vanilla, some bready granola/pie crust type flavor, and just enough lactose - it's not overwhelming. It does approximate the dessert really well.
This is creamy, rich, and fairly thick, with a good drinkability, and a typical amount of carbonation.
I haven't had much Iron Tug lately. I need to make a visit again soon - they're making good stuff.
