Our Wee Heavy is a Scotch Ale's bigger boozier brother. Our malt blends lends notes of Caramel and dark fruits, particularly raisins. A substantial and malty beer that is perfect for fighting off the colder weather.

On tap at Iron Tug Brewing in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a darkish orange/amber color, with a small head, and not much lacing. It looks much lighter than I typically assume the style will be.
This smells like dark fruit, booze, caramel, and breadiness.
This is fairly straightforward but it's definitely solid. There's a touch of booze, but nothing overwhelming, with breadiness, caramel, lots of dark fruit, and some spice.
This is medium bodied, slick, with a nice boozy warmth on the back end.
This maybe a little bit too sweet and boozy for the style, but I still enjoyed it.
