This beer, which I found in Italy, seems most closely to be a tripel, a strong, dryish blonde abbey ale, although at 7.5% it's a bit on the low end of abv for a tripel. Anyway, its quite good. Like most tripels to me seems a bit too dry and somewhat weaker in character, i.e., bland, but compared to many I've had, it has some good subtle complexity and was very enjoyable with food.
Dark old/pale orange, it has a big off-white head steadily shrinking to a lasting foamy top, some lace.
Aroma is juicy grain, coriander, clove, yeasty.
Taste is hay, spice, grain, faint caremlised golden raisin. It is slightly on the dry side, lively and fairly engaging in feel.
