Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a nearly clear golden straw color with a small head of white foam. The head fades fast, leaving a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is mainly of wheat and a bit of coriander, mixed with some banana and notes of yeast and clove. Other light smells of orange and lemon and a touch of grass are there as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a smooth wheat and bready taste mixed with some lighter notes of banana and citrus. At the same time there are flavors of spice with some clove and coriander mixed within. As the taste advances, the sweet fades a bit, all while the yeast and spice raise, mixing with a touch of hay at the end to leave one with a rather easy natured and smooth wit taste to linger.
Mouthfeel – The body is medium to light, with a moderate to lighter carbonation.
Overall – A fairly mild wit with a nice smooth drinking nature and taste profile. I see this one as a good brew on a warmer spring day.

On draught.
A pale opaque straw color. The head produces some curtain lacing initially, and becomes intricate as the beer is consumed.
Lightly toasted, soft dry malt, low-key yeast flavor contribution, subtle spiciness. Light bodied mouthfeel.
Lightly hopped with a supple bitterness.

At my lady Pamela's house; bottled and slightly chilled, 330mL in a witbier glass. From their Belgian Ale Tasting boxset at the Huron Church Rd. LCBO in nearby Windsor. Best before June 19/27. My 1st beer from the Evergem, Belgium brewery. With Sundae the cat's fervent favour...

On tap @ Mondelli (Flumognano. Udine - Italy).
Cloudy pale yellow body with a huge, creamy, white head, mostly lasting with nice lacing.
Moderate hoppy (flowers, citrus) aroma with some notes of fruits (apple, banana).
Moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter flavour; long sweet finish with some sour notes.
Light-to-medium body with watery texture; lively carbonation.

Appearance: On draft. Over an inch of pillowy white foam that nearly looked like whipped cream. The head stayed forever and left great lacing. Almost clear, light yellow with a bit of gold liquid. Lots of bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass.
Aroma: The nose is very minimal. Maybe the giant blanket of foam is masking the smell. Eventually there are faint notes of clove and banana
Taste: All notes are somewhat muted. Wheat, banana (fruity esters), lemon, coriander.
Feel: Light body. Some dryness. Carbonation was less than expected given the massive amount of head and effervescence.
Overall: Great appearance but the smell and taste were lacking.
Pairing: Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to pair this beer with food, but it has the right characteristics to match with spicy dishes like Thai or similar.

Nearly cloudy with a white-hued, lighter gold color. Small but lasting head which provides some streaks on the side of the glass.
Initially, the smell is “just beer.” Subsequent whiffs bring forward faint wheat and banana.
Highly carbonated but with a decent body. Here, the wheat flavors are more notable. Background banana and less so some clove. No bitterness. Refreshing.

Nice Belgian Wit. Had one on tap at the Yardhouse Brew Pub in Virginia Beach VA. Served in a tulip glass, this beer is a hazy yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head. good retention and lacing. Malty, with some wheat bitterness, citrus (lemon), Belgian yeast and some spicing (cardamom). Decent taste and aroma, nothing outstanding. Mouthfeel was smooth with enough interesting aspects like the touch of spicing and the wheat presence. A good choice with a meal.
