A murky, light yellow beer with a thin head.
Smell is a bit tart with lemon and lime notes. The spices are there, but I can not determine them, it is a spicy and herbal smell. The wheat is grainy, cereal-like.
Taste of sweet lemon, like lemon candy. The yeast adds a nice layer of phenols with fresh tartness. Great fruitiness, exotic fruits. The wheat is like cereal, wheat puffs. Body is light, without being really thin, very drinkable. Some light sweetness that is overly sweet or sticky.
This beer is a twist of the 'normal' witbiers I have had. It is a very drinkable, fresh summerbeer.
