Light golden colour, clear. White foam, very high, finely bubbled, persistent. Overall, very nice appearance.
Aroma definitely spicy (pepper) and herbal, further yeasty with a slight sour note and, most importantly, all this is at a low intensity level.
The taste is mildly sour with a counter from the herbal bitterness. Ultimately it is the bitterness that leads the flavour and the sour finish.
Alcohol well laid back. Saturation high. Medium body. Texture smooth, soft. Long bitter aftertaste with an acidic finish.
