The Bios Kriek Lambic is sold under the CHERISH label in the USA and outside Europe.
Everybody likes the right balance between the sourness of the Lambic and the sweetness of the fruit, in this case cherries. The aroma of the cherries is not too dominant, as it should be. The beer gives a very pleasant and refreshing feeling in the mouth, with a smooth cherry aftertaste.
The Bios Kriek Lambic is an excellent thirst quencher, low in alcohol (5 % by volume) and great to drink at parties. True Lambic lovers prefer the Bios Kriek Lambic so much because you taste slightly more of the Lambic sourness, than in some more commercial Belgian Lambics, wherein the artificial sweetness is too strong.

This poured out as a very foamy and lively brew, it had a nice red color with a pink looking head on it. The head settles leaving a little lacing behind. The smell of the beer is sweet and sour, a pretty good balance there. The taste of the beer was sour upfront with cherry flavors that faded into a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel of the beer was lighter than expected but it wasn't bad. This beer isn't really my style but its worth trying if you're into this.

Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Clear deep red colour, pinkish head. Aroma is overwhelming sour and sweet cherries. Flavour is one-dimensional of not very good sour cherries, generally sour & sweet with a tart finish. Sour aftertaste that lasts "forever", paralysed my tastebuds for a long time.

A -- Pours a beige-colored, one-finger rocky and fluffy head that lingers through the tasting.
S -- Cherries, brett, balsamic vinegar.
T-- Some funk and a ton of balsamic -- sour and not overly complex. Taste fades quickly leaving only a slight, lingering dark-fruit finish.
M -- Medium-thin bodied, prickly carbonation.
D -- If I lived in Brussels or some such place, I could see myself drinking these by the six in the summer. Very easy to drink and satisfying sour. Hard to get here, and too expensive to session.

A: Ruby color, slightly hazy. A nice, pink and dense head with nice looking lacings. Quite good retention.
S: A distinct smell of candy-like cherries, not really the artificial candy smell you get from some sweetened fruit lambics, though. Rather, it's like hard cherry candies. One-sided, but kind of nice due to the distinctness of the aromas.
T: Big sweet cherry flavors of the same kind as in the smell quickly hand over to a tart fruity flavor with a slightly lemony character. The tart dimension really adds to the brew, but it's still rather one-sided. Faint earthy yeast note. The finish is slightly dry with some mineral notes and tart cherries. The finish is rather short.
M: Medium body, sparkly carbonation. Slightly dry.
D: Quite tasty actually, but still far away from the top examples of fruit lambic. But it's also far away from the sugary sweet examples of the style. Would perhaps drink it again if I had the opportunity.

pours 50% head, light pink. Odor is overwhelmingly that of sweet cherry, as in sweet cherry candy or possibly some types of medicine. No lambic notes detected at all, wonder what proportion of actual lambic is used in this beer - i get none in the nose.
Taste is overwhelmingly sweet cherries, if not for the body you could tell me I was drinking some carbonated cherry pop with a lot of sugar. Some tartness in the finish, like a good cough syrup. Once again, nothing reminding me of lambic.
If sweet is your thing, this might be for you. Hard to find fault with it as long as you are looking for a sweet fruity-flavored beer.

Smell: Big cherry aroma, smells of cherry hard candies to be exact. Nothing but cherry.
Taste & Mouthfeel: Ample crispness with a bitty mouth feel, quick one-two punch of cherries and tartness. Dusty yeastiness and a ghost like dirt flavor in the middle. The tartness gets little watery as does the cherry flavor. Slight metallic flavor in the end.
Drinkability & Notes: A half decent little fruit lambic here, a bit sweet and some would say with an extract character. Either way it was tasty.

Medium red color. No head. Aroma is a cherry cough drop, with a touch of malt. Sweet and tart and then sweet again. Once you get past the overwhelming sweetness there is a nice malt backbone. Cherries are sour and tart and some of the sweetness disappears as it warms. It way too sweet, but there are some nice flavor elements going on in the background. Weird how the cherries can be so damn sweet and still be sour. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and tart. Aftertaste is sweet
