A unique, Belgian specialty beer that finds no equal: a strong, dark tripel with secondary fermentation in the bottle. A wine yeast is used for secondary fermentation, which also makes its contribution to the incomparable taste.

Deep gloden colour, big head with long retention and a sticky persistent lacing.
Aroma is fruity, pears and peaches, hops.
Full body, creamy texture, good carbonation. Sweet finish.
Taste is fuity, pears, vanilla, herbs.
A really good one.

33 cl bottle, poured cold, in Toulouse, France. Bottled in February 2025, 6 months to the lip. BB 2/3/2027.
Nose is wheat cracker, hops.
Taste is a nice balance of sweet and bitter, slightly tart. Creamy, subtle.
Mouthfeel is quite soft, low carbonation.
Overall, a good dubble leaning tripel that is delicate and potent.
