On tap at Lucky Baldwins in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Thin rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, spices, yeast, and slight citrus fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with sugary and chalky flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp but sticky mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer but it's super sweet and sugary.
