On tap at the transcendent Cafe Benelux. Outstanding head which leaves lively lacing. Dark ruby and tasty.

Pours brilliant chestnut under a slowly descending rocky cream colored foam cap that hugs the side of the glass.
Starts with fruit cake on the palate with dark dried fruit, and toffee
- Medium full body, creamy and soft in the mouth, slightly warming.
I'm quoting rDev. Rating mine.
A must-try Belgian gem.

Served on tap at Cafe Centraal in Milwaukee. Not sure if this is contract brewed by Lowlands or what, but Lowlands doesn't exist on BA, nor does this beer until now. Apperance is a deep red with nice clarity and minimal head. Smell has sweet notes of bubblegum, grape, and spice. Taste is very sweet and bubblegum forward followed by a dash of clove and banana. Leans towards the sweet side of things. Mouthfeel is light and moderately carbonated. Overall, a well balanced dubbel with plenty of Belgian character.
