A bit too watery, sweet, and subdued for my taste. A proper pilsner should have more bite.

Clear golden body with a white head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Bready and grassy hop nose, lemon peel and grains supporting. More on the hoppy side in the taste with big lemon and grass, but otherwise a classic german pils with white breadiness. Feel is thinner but crisp, smooth and clean. Solid

Tasted in a pub glass from draft at First Draft on May 20, 2021. A German pilsner brewed with Pilsner malt and a variety of German hops. A good interpretation of the style.

Aroma is malts/bread and fruit/floral/hops. The flavor is malts/bread, mild fruit/lemon, decent carbonation and a medium bitter hop/beery/somewhat dry finish.
