16 fl oz. can, canned 10/21/2022, so it's less than a month in the can. Not bad for local distro. My second beer from On Tour Brewing Company out of Chicago. I'll be honest, I'd never heard of this brewery until a few days ago, but apparently this beer has been on BeerAdvocate since 2017, so almost six years now, sheesh.
Poured to a Central Waters snifter glass.
Pours a cloudy burnt sienna orange - there's lots of tiny flecks of sediment in the glass.
Hugely classical & bitter DIPA aroma - grapefruit, citrus, tangerine, pine, resin, it's all there. Smells exceptionally, fresh, fruity, & floral. Lightly peppery / rye spice type aroma in there.
Big, bitter, & juicy. Resinous pine needles, citrus, grapefruit rinds, tangerine. Tastes like pure, fresh-squeezed whole cone hop juice. Again, slight touch of rye malt to round things off. Lightly bready & biscuity malt presence is in there also, so I'm not sure what was used, but I'm guessing more than one malt variety.
Super smooth, crisp, creamy, & easy-drinking. Medium-light, with exceptional flavor & piney bitterness clinging to the palate. Overall, I've been super impressed with the two beers I've tried so far from this brewery and am looking forward to more, especially now that they've seem to have acquired distro that reaches the suburbs.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Beermiscuous on December 6, 2019. Weat Coast style IPA with aromas of tropical fruit, line, and pine follwed by flavors of pine resin and grapefruit.

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear copper with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent was tropical fruit and pine. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. Nice citrus base. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent IPA.
