Tin Lizard Brewing Co. "Kings And Pawns"
$7/12 oz. on tap at the brewery on 28 August 2017
Notes: 8.9% ABV Belgian-style tripel with orange peel. Slightly hazy golden body beneath a white head that holds fairly well and leaves some decent lacing about the glass. Aroma of golden, sweetish malt with some delicate yeasty phenolics and lightly floral hops. The flavor follows and it's malty, fruity (orange, apple, green banana), and delicately spicy and phenolic with clove. A firm bitterness balances it and it finishes dry and gently spicy.
