-pale tap pour with a an effervescent foam cap and a an aroma of chiles and a slight pine-hop note. This brew delivers significant heat. The peppers (added during fermentation) really dominate all else. This is the hottest chile influenced brew that I have had ( worthy of the “Chile beer BA classification for sure, although the brewer lists it as a pale ale). Perhaps the heat disapates with age. I’ll re-try this on my next visit.
