Had on tap. Pours ultra hazy, gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is tree Sap, biscuit and earthy hops. Heavy body, moderate carbonation, bitter. I like this more as it warms. Really tasty west coast, non fruited ipa. Yes I will have another.

On tap at Big Slide Brewery and Public House in Lake Placid, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear golden dark orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like clean piney bitterness, citrus, resin, mango, and light maltiness.
It's refreshing to see very little maltiness in an an old school West Coast style IPA from a smaller brewery. This is pleasantly resinous and hoppy, with some orange rind and a bit of mango-ish sweetness.
This is medium bodied, clean, with a slightly lingering bitterness.
I definitely enjoyed this one - it's a pretty wonderful West Coast Style IPA.

-golden-amber tap pour with a fluffy foam cap and a sweet spruce aroma. The flavor is West Coast IPA- like with a tropical hop note. There is a full grain and resin line and some orange-mango too. There is a bit of alcohol heat. I like this a lot.

A: at the brewpub, where I got a half-pint. Body is dark golden-orang with a small white head. Good lacing.
S: not a strong nose - definite piney hops.
T: nice malt foundation then good hops - piney and citrusy with some herbal green hops too. ABV noted at the finish.
M: medium to full in heft, slightly slick in feel.
O: solid

Served on-tap in a 4 oz sampler glass at Big Slide Brewery (Lake Placid, NY)
A: Light amber with shot-beige head with good cling and a spare bit of lacing.
S: Great mixture of grapefruit and orange citrus with pine and passionfruit tropical notes and nondescript but light malt/grain aromas.
T: Delicious well-constructed DIPA with similar solid balanced hop-forward character with passionfruit, grapefruit, orange, and pine resin with pleasant pale malt backbone with a light toasted note. No yeast character. Moderately bitter.
M: Quite dry in the finish with medium body at most and moderate carbonation.
O: I was impressed with this offering from Big Slide -- solid DIPA with exceptional flavor and aroma character in a highly drinkable package.
