Served on-tap in a tall clear tulip glass at Big Slide Brewery (Lake Placid, NY).
A: Slightly hazy gold with short-lived beige cap of head that leaves a few tiny scraps of lacing.
S: Big tangy wheat aroma with light coriander and mild floral character
T: Solid flavor for the style with tangy wheat and pilsner malt crackeriness fading to light coriander zestiness and fading to a pleasant and not overpowering tartness. Some light lemon yeast esters and yogurt aromas.
M: Light and moderately dry although a little short of the ideal. Highly carbonated as it should be.
O: A well-made right down the middle Berliner weissbier. Good job!
