A New York State Pale Ale, brewed with malt & hops grown in New York. Centennial & Cascade hops were grown near the Finger Lakes & the Empire Pale malt was grown by various farmers throughout the state and malted in Montreal.

I won’t be too detailed, but as a pale ale fan it’s nice to see a brewery focusing on something other than hazy IPA. And this beer is a solid offering. Would have enjoyed 3 or 4 but circumstances didn’t allow.
