-the tap pour is very pale and hosts a thin effervescent cap. The aroma is light with sour apple notes. The initial flavor is strongly influenced by a bubblegum-like flavor ( not a Belgian or Hefeweizen yeast bubblegum flavor. It is odd. Through more draughts the some pear and lemon were detectable. This kettle sour has a moderate tartness.
