Not your regular corned beef and cabbage…this brew features a toasty caramel aroma, and a reddish-copper hue. The sweet up front and smooth semi-dry finish makes this Irish red highly complex. It offers smoky hints of fire roast, and an indulgence of smooth, bready, and caramel flavors.

Pours an amber mahogany color with a fresh tan head. Smell is baked bread sweet malts and citrus. Taste follows the nose citrus hops with baked bread malts a touch of fruit and caramel. Smooth mouth feel just the right amount of malts and hops well balanced ,very good.
