As delicious on game day as it is in a deep-winter cabin, NORDIC MOSAIC is our highly drinkable American pale ale that proves there’s sweetness in simplicity. Floral, citrusy, and earthy are just a few takeaways from this brew, made with Vienna malt and 100% Mosaic hops to round out a strong hop character and flavor profile. Wherever you enjoy it, this one’s a journey you’ll want to take again and again.

16 oz can into an imperial pint glass.
L: Pours dark tea rusty red and slightly murky with slow, steady carbo bubbles, a rocky, frothy 1/4" off white head that goes soapy, light random lacing with light dental banding.
S: Sweet caramelized malts, strong malted cereal grains, biscuit notes, fresh-baked bread, plump fruits.
T: Taste echoes aroma exactly and adds fruit, toffee, blonde coffee, citrus zest, pine resin. Fairly fruity. Has a long resinous linger. Very clean-drinking.
F: Gently brisk medium body with a semi-creamy center and a long finish that is moderately dry.
O: Fantastic resonant biscuit malt waves punctuate the overall taste of this wonderful beer. With a beautiful aroma, it has warm fruity notes that are just perfect with the maltings. It is outstanding in its style.
