Pours a fairly clear yellow with thick, high foam, almost slushie-looking.
Smell is light and crackery with floral notes and a dash of citrus with a hint of spiciness.
Taste is soft and floral. Nice biscuity base with a light bitterness. Clean and crisp, and quite subtle.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, uncomplicated beer, but very well made.
