Enjoyed from a 750mL bottle. The pour is pinkish-red, lightly hazy, with moderate fizzing but no retained lacing. Christmas cake, rum, cherry cordials on the nose. Very light funk and an exceptional blend of tart and sweet cherry character on the palate. No residual sourness on the finish, making for an extremely sippable cocktail of a beer.
