Genetic Drift grain bill (pils, wheat, oats, rye, munich) fermented in a Gray Skies Gin barrel with German lager yeast. Then we added our house cultures and some Juniper. Brewed in Collaboration with The Sovengard in Grand Rapids, MI for our 1 year anniversary beer dinner!
