The beer pours a deep, thin brown with a quick, fizzy head and no lacing.
The smell is lacto with huge notes of chocolate raspberry. The vanilla is there, but subtle.
The taste starts with slightly sour oak. The raspberry and chocolate come through nicely in the finish.
The mouthfeel is medium body and slightly fizzy.
Overall this is a very subtle and complex beer. It's not overall sour, allowing the flavors to come through nicely.
