Pours a hazy yellow with very little foam.

Smell is tart and juicy with notes of lemon, apples, oak, pears and a hint of ginger.

Taste is powerfully sour and acidic with notes of lemon and grapefruit to draw you in. Hot on the heels are apples, green, crisp Granny Smith with some oaky notes and a more mellow citrusosity. Some hints of hay, youghurt and funk. There is quite a bit of complexity here, and the bourbon notes come out more with warmth.

Mouthfeel is thin to medium, with bright, sparkly carbonation.

Overall, an outstanding sour, quite different with the apple and oak combo. Damned tasty!
