Poured on draft at Collect in Detroit, soft pale yellow with lingering head. Softly funky, piney, beautiful carbonation and mouth feel. Very easy drinker, would love to sit on a patio in the summer with a few of these.

19.2 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 12/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy pale golden straw color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, citrus peel/zest, sea salt, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, citrus peel/zest, sea salt, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tartness; light Brett tang, herbal/floral/grassy bitterness, and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, citrus peel/zest, sea salt, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/leather/musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an amazing malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Very crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tang/tartness and carbonation. High carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic/tangy/sticky, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a fantastic dry hopped gose! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the high carbed/bone dry finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Amazing balance of juicy/vibrant Galaxy hops and Brett/Lacto complexity; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example as expected. One of the smoothest in the style I have ever had.
